Our Story

Torrens Water Ski Gardens has been around for a while. Started in the 1950s by barefoot skiing legend Grant Torrens, the park has grown into what many call their “home away from home”.

Humble camp-sites are now well-appointed, modern river cabins with all the creature-comforts one could ask for. And still retains the community and family-friendly atmosphere we all enjoy.

We have long-standing groups of friends in the park, whole generations of families and a whole lot of history.

The park is now run as a family business, with us living on-site sharing the beauty of the Hawkesbury valley with all cabin owners here at Torrens.

We pride ourselves on a great community, having great chats and fantastic water skiing and wakeboarding.

The fish bite quite well here, too!

Come and find your piece of paradise - we have the right cabin for you and your family.

Sydney’s worst kept secret: The amazing beauty of the Hawkesbury River, right outside the city.
